Goals of
TPM

It allows the individuals operating the machine to take on the responsibility for maintenance activities.
3.To plot maintenance:
The maintenance process is structured and methodical. This encompasses identifying the specific preventive maintenance required for each machine component, establishing standards for condition-based maintenance, and outlining specific responsibilities for both the operating and maintenance teams.
4.To develop all staff in related maintenance knowledge:
It emphasizes the importance of ongoing and appropriate training for all operational and maintenance personnel.
5.To attain early equipment management:
It intentions to transfer on the road to zero maintenance over Maintenance prevention.
It aims to trace every potential maintenance issue back to its source, allowing for resolution at the very beginning of the proposal, production, and deployment process.
