TPM aims to
1.Eliminate losses occured in the shopfloor:

The goal is to ensure the equipment operates without interruptions and to prevent any part failures.
3.Eliminate zero accident:
The goal is to ensure the machine operates without incidents by fostering a culture of reporting near misses throughout the organization, from leadership down to every employee. Additionally, we are committed to implementing Behavior-Based Safety initiatives to monitor unsafe actions and conditions in the workplace.
4.Eliminate zero defects:
The goal is to ensure that the equipment is flawless by adopting a proactive approach.
5.Improve the machines:
The goal is to enhance machine performance by regularly cleaning, inspecting, and repairing the equipment's components.
6.Improve the peoples:
It seeks to enhance individuals by transforming their activities, mindsets, and behaviors in a proactive manner.
7.Improve the environment:
It seeks to enhance the workplace culture by focusing on both technology and the people within it.
8.Develop the equipment-competent operator:
It is designed to ensure the operator has a complete understanding of the machine's condition.
9.Build a profitable operation:
I strive to enhance the cost-effectiveness of production by reducing accidents, defects, and operational breakdowns.
